Dear Ones:

         It is already March in this new year of  2008 and we are going full-speed ahead.  Betty has been working with a computer programmer to get the new computer operating system up and going, and it is just about fixed, Thank the Lord.  The Mission Office has been using the old DOS system and 386-speed computer.  The new one is much faster and more convenient under the new Windows operating system.  Thanks to everyone who had part in getting it going, Betty has spent many hours with “Roger” over the phone getting the bugs worked out. 

            I am back in the classroom this semester at Arlington Baptist College teaching Prophetical Books I, the book of Isaiah, and I enjoy that very much.  I hope the students enjoy it as much as I enjoy teaching it.  There is a lot of hard work, research papers, and memory work, just like all the rest of their classes.  Bro. Brian Powers, our new Mission Chairman, is teaching all the mission courses this year. 

Bro. Tommy Raley had hip replacement surgery a few weeks ago, and is now back in the office.  He told me before he went in for the surgery “Bro. Dave, Just keep it going while I am out.”  Well, it is still going, but things are better now that he is back in the office.
