Praying Friends,
Thank you
for your faithful prayers and responses to our prayer letters, reports and
petitions.
THE WAY BAPTIST CHURCH:
We
received a wonderful report from El Camino Baptist Church and God’s Grace is
evident in the church there. During
the last two of months of the year first time visitors were averaging over 15
per Sunday. On one Sunday 10 of 15
first time visitors were saved. Another Sunday several of the 18 first time
visitors were saved. The regular
soul winning group is averaging 45. Continue
your prayers for this church, for Pastor Bob and the dear folks there who are
growing in the Lord and who are really excited about their church’s ministry.
FUNDAMENTAL BIBLE BAPTIST INSTITUTE:
NEW MEN’S DORM: We have a church in MI interested in coming in February 2007
to build a new men’s dorm. To
date our men students are still living in old school busses.
THE NEW PROPERTY: Please
continue to pray about our expansion project and give the Lord thanks for His
supply. The monthly payment
obligation is a struggle but we trust our Lord will continue to supply.
PRAYER
REQUESTS and PRAISES:
FURLOUGH: We have been so blessed in the many
churches we have visited so far in our travels. We had a couple of major vehicle brake downs and we praise
the Lord that He has supplied for most of these expenses. If you want us to give a field report please contact us by
phone or e-mail listed below. Thank
you for your prayers for our travels.
MOBILE
HOME: We still need to install a septic system
before we can live in it. We have a
backhoe at our institute to do the digging for the septic we just need to
purchase the materials. Please
continue to pray about this need.
Omar and Viry Ávila
graduated from our institute in 2004 and
Viry a couple of years before.
They have started a new church in Pueblo Yáqui in
the state of Sinaloa. God
is blessing and their church is meeting on their carport.
Please pray for Omar and Viry as they labor in their newly planted
church. Also, pray for their new born baby girl, Leslie.
