Dear Praying Friends,
“Bless
the Lord O my soul, and all that is within me bless His Holy name.”
·
We
are so thankful for the blessings of the Lord on our ministry.
We are also very thankful for your faithful prayers and responses to our
newsletter reports and petitions.
SANTA ROSALIA MISSION WORK: (Praise)
·
Pastor Ruben Cabrera,
one of our 1999 graduates, with his wife Betty, started a mission church in the
southern state of the Baja CA Peninsula. Pastor
Ruben began the work in the town of Santa Rosalia shortly after his graduation.
This new church is winning souls and growing.
Pastor Ruben has already sent a student to our institute. Pray for Pastor Ruben and his church.
BIBLE INSTITUTE: (Praise and
Prayer Request)
·
Faith Baptist Church,
Linden, MI brought a group in January to begin construction on a dorm.
Their goal was to get the dorm roughed in and they accomplished that
during their week here.
·
The last week of
February our home church, Grace Baptist Church, Pompano Beach, FL along with
Hanover Community Church, Hanover, PA finished out the dorm with insulation,
drywall, plumbing, bathrooms, and tiled the floors. We are so thankful to our Lord for His supply by using these
churches to meet the tremendous need we had for more dorm space. These
three churches were a tremendous blessing to us by their generous help and
wonderful fellowship.
·
Would you also pray
concerning the expenses of running the institute?
This ministry has been so blessed with special offerings that brought in
the electricity, sunk a 200 foot well, and then five building projects completed
by visiting church groups. Please
pray that we will have God’s wisdom and supply in the maintenance of these
blessings.
THE NEW HIGHWAY:
·
In answer to your
prayers, the new highway will be a toll road.
But, sadly, the institute property will be taxed $30,000.00 because of
our close proximity to the new highway. We
know our Lord is in control and we seek His wisdom in this matter as well as
your prayers.
Eph.
1:3. We appreciate your
interest, your prayers and support for our ministry here in Old Mexico.
With Thanksgiving,
