January  2010 News Letter

 Dear Praying Friends,

Phil: 4:19. God has always supplied all our needs.  Since August 1972 we    have  had many  friends  and churches  contribute to our  ministry.  Thank    you  all  for  your interest  and  prayers for us  during all  these years.  We    pray that  our Lord will continue to bless you abundantly.   Ephesians 1:3

El Camino Baptist Church continues running over 500 with souls saved every week.  Please continue to pray for this church and its ministries; Bible Institute, Christian School and Orphanage. 

BIBLE INSTITUTE

We were reviewing the names of some of the graduates from our Bible Institute and what the Lord is doing in their ministries.  We want to mention a few of them and ask that you would pray for them:

Pastor Miguel Flores graduated in 1999 (our first graduating class) He Pastors the Sweet Prayer Baptist church in Tijuana .  Attendance is 220 and several hundred have made professions this year.

Pastor Antonio Quiles graduated in 1999.  He established and Pastors the Berea Fundamental Baptist Church in Ensenada .  They have seen over 100 saved this year.

Missionary Ruben Caberra graduated in 1999.  He established the very first Baptist Church in Santa Rosalia.  After 10 years pastoring in Santa Rosalia hundreds have been saved and two Bible Institute graduates from this church are in full time ministry.

Missionary Omar Ávila graduated in 2004.  He established the First Fundamental Baptist Church in Pueblo Ýaqui and has had over 220 saved this year.

Missionary Samuel Alvarez graduated in 2007.  He established a mission work in Loreto in the southern Baja Peninsula .  Souls are being saved and this new work is growing.

We are privileged to have had a part in their schooling and training along with many others that are in full time ministries.  We praise the Lord for the opportunity He gave us in this Bible Institute ministry.

ORPHANAGE

$88,000.00, the cost of materials for the orphanage building was promised to the supplier by faith to be paid by the end of 2009. The Lord supplied in many miraculous ways and met that deadline just a few days ahead of time.  We praise Him for His wondrous always on time supply.

Mary and I are so grateful for your continued prayers, for your love and support.  We pray that God will wonderfully bless you and supply all your need in this New Year of 2010.
