We trust you and your family had a blessed Christmas. Our Christmas programs here all went well' and we had a wonderful opportunity to share Christ with those who do not know Him as their personal Savior. We want to thank each of you that sent us a card or a gift over the holidays. It made us feel very special.

our new phone number is 62 274 514 168. We are happy with the house we have
rented here in the city of Yogyakarta, as it saves alot of driving time
,and we are now in the same city as one of the churches we work with, plus
we teach in an extension school here.
The pastor of our church in Yogyakarta is Pdt Tom. He and
his wife Zenny had their first child last Feb. They named their beautiful
little girl, Yolanda Yeditia Carole Joy Eunike. She was dedicated to the
Lord on the first Sunday of December. We recently had a dear lady saved,
and she followed the Lord in baptism in December. Plus, thanks to our home
church, Cornerstone Baptist Temple in Dayton, Ohio, the pastor and his wife
now have a new motorcycle to help them with visitation, picking people up
for church etc. What a blessing! Pray for the Agape Independent Baptist
Church of Yogyakarta. We have a building fund started, and hope to get a
building built sometime in the future.
Pastor Robin, his wife Mae and their two little girls are
doing fine in the Faith Independent Baptist Church in Purworejo. He and his
wife recently received a new motorcycle thanks to Mrs. Anne Bradford Wolfe
from the Temple Baptist Church in Odessa, Texas. Praise to the Lord!
Recently Miss Marlene joined the church by letter, and she is a blessing
teaching Sunday School and serving the Lord there. Pray the Lord will
supply all funds needed for them to have a building of their very own. They
have a building fund, but not enough to build.
Pastor Yohanes Solmon, his wife Puji and their two
sons are so pleased with the gift that was given them to help finish their
new church building for the Batu Karang Independent Baptist Church of
Solatiga. This blessing was given to them by Pastor Robert Schmidt family
and their church, and by the Dr. Luke Wibowo family from our home church,
Cornerstone Baptist Temple, Pastor Jerry Siler. What a blessing the building
will be, as they have met in crowded quarters for several years. Please pray
for Pdt. Yohanes Solmon to be able to purchase a motor cycle. He rides a
bike at present for visitation.
Our Bible institute continues to grow under the leadership
of Pdt. Yakub. The school needs more funds to redecorate the dorm, and put
a small kitchen in for the students. We shared the story of Christ with the
neighbors during our Christmas program this year. It was a blessing to all.
Our hearts go out to all of those that lost loved
ones in the terrible earth quake that hit several countries, including the
island of Sumatra, Indonesia. Please be much in prayer.
May God bless each of you with a wonderful and joyful New
Year is our prayer. Thanks for holding the ropes for us, and for your love
and prayers, and your support for our ministry here in Indonesia. Also,
please pray for our daughter in law Jody, she is expecting their fourth baby
in March.
