Dear Praying Partners,

‘Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,’ Eph. 3:20.  What a great God that we serve.  In the midst of a very difficult time, our God continues to show us that he is not limited by the circumstances of a bad economy.  We praise the Lord that we have been able to pick up some new support and several of our supporting churches have raised their giving, bringing our support level to 82%.  We are confident that the Lord will bring in our needed support in order for us to return to England in the spring of 2010. 

Many decisions have been made in recent meetings where God’s people have been challenged to be a witness in their own communities as well as around the world.  We praise the Lord that His people have responded to His message.  During the missions conference at Faith Baptist Church, Newbury, England, God once again worked mightily through the meetings in challenging folks for worldwide evangelization.  The church has promised to meet their set goal and therefore will be able to continue to support all of their current missionaries.  We are thankful for the Lord’s goodness! 

Please be in prayer for the country of England and the many new regulations that are being put into effect concerning the necessary visas needed to work in the country. We would ask that you pray concerning this situation as it is increasingly more difficult to obtain a work visa to go to the United Kingdom as a missionary.  This will limit the amount of missionaries that will be able to come to the United Kingdom in the future and many of the current missionaries already serving are near the age of retirement.  We thank the Lord that we have obtained our permanent visas which will give us automatic entry back into the country, but it is not the case for all missionaries entering the country. Our prayer is that the United Kingdom would not close its doors to missionary work as they desperately are in need of the gospel. We thank you for partnering with us in this great endeavor to reach England for Christ.
