John and Isa were approved as World Baptist Fellowship missionaries to Brazil in August, 1993.

John was raised in Brazil and was saved there in 1976 when he was six years old. Isa was born in Brazil and saved in 1976 at the age of nine.

They were married in Belem, Brazil, in 1990. John graduated from Arlington Baptist College in 1992.

John and Isa's sending church is the Community Baptist Church of Pensacola, Florida.

They have three children - Fabio, Jessica and Jeffrey.
