November 2003

Dear Friends and Loved ones.

Thought I would send you some news and a picture or to from the work and family

Institute Students (32)  There are 7 graduates                     Daniel on crutches again!

Finishing up the pavilion.
We will continue using this
for
a while until we can start building the auditorium.

Rebecca has been extra busy with her “new kids” out at the congregation. She and her helpers have built up quite a group of children out there. Six children made professions of faith after four Saturdays of Bible lessons. We pray that the Lord has truly touched these young hearts, and that we will see spiritual life and growth in them. She is also teaching the Children Sunday school class. She is having the time of her life with them, and already is attached to them all. They are in such need of love and care, and that always touches the ladies hearts first.

I have been working on the property. We are planning on putting the pump in soon, and the tank. We are almost ready, but are finishing up the small building that will house the pump and double as storage for now. We want to thank all of you who gave toward these projects, and let you know how glad we are to receive this help from you. It is going to make our work there a lot easier.

A couple of weeks ago, Daniel put a big gash in the bottom of one of his feet, and was on crutches for a while. We thank the Lord he is healed and off the crutches. He had cut his foot during the boarding school camping trip. He said that he was swimming in the river and stepped on an old stove someone had thrown away. It is amazing what people throw into the river.

We are over half of the way through Bible Institute already. Lord willing there will be seven graduates, all of whom are involved in the ministry already in some way or the other. We have been encouraged with them and their growth. Graduation will be on the 29th of November.

Thank you for you prayers and support. The work continues, even though some times a little slow, and at other times amidst trials and troubles. The Lord has blessed, and we will wait on Him.
