Dear Friends and Family,

We have arrived!! On last Thursday, 29th of July, we arrived in Beira airport, Mozambique. We went straight to our house where we stayed the first and subsequent nights. We have gotten enough to get settled into the house; bed, fridge, table and chairs, etc. The big surprise was that we have HOT WATER!!! I know some of you think I am in hot water all the time but the truth is: I heat the water! Anyway, we have a water heater. I know big deal. But it is winter here and the windows are open. Cool enough to want a hot shower, that is for sure.

When I can, I will send pictures of our house. It is a large two bedroom set in a very large yard, garage and out buildings. We thank the Lord for such a great place to live. It looks like we won't have the security problems we had before. It is very quiet and peaceful. The compound has its own security people and gardeners. There is a large stand of eucalyptus trees next door and it is very pretty. We have three mango trees and a cashew tree in the yard.

Things are moving right along. We have already started our paperwork for the residency visas. Sunday, the church received us with a three hour service. I preached and taught the Sunday School. We had about 50 in services in the new building in Dondo. What a blessing. THANK YOU for praying for us. God bless. Until the next time.
