Dear Praying Partners,

We greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ wishing you a very blessed Christmas and New Year! We sincerely thank you for your generous Christmas offerings. We would like to give you an up-date on some of the things that we shared with you in our last letter.

Camp: The 1500-gallon water tank is now finished. This was a major project and has been in the planning for 2 years. This is a relief and a blessing. The next step is to get sinks and tables in the projected kitchen, more tables for the Bible students and campers, and some study tables for the professors.

Monoka's Documents: After two months & many trips to the various government buildings Monoka now has ALL of her papers approved and replaced. Thanks for all of your prayers.

Cangahua Bible Institute: Oct. 3-7 there were 8 students, 3 professors, 3 cooks, a couple of visitors, & Ernie and I. There was one young man saved. The students were thrilled with using the camp as a meeting place for the Institute and are planning on coming back for the January 8-12 classes.

Victory Baptist Church: Many of the remodeling and repairs that were started have now been completed and just a few remain to be finished. Plans are progressing for the ordination of Pastor Edmundo Alcivar.

Pray request for Ernie's health. On Oct. 16th Ernie needed to go to the ER for irregular heart beat. He was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and treated with medicine in an IV and sent home with the same medicine in a pill form. Since then the Dr. has tried 3 different medications and has had success in controlling the fibrillation but the side affects have been so severe his body could not tolerate them. At this time his heart is in rhythm and so the Dr. has taken him off of those medicines. Right now it is a wait and see situation. If his heart should go into arrhythmia again the next step could be surgery. Thanks for your faithful prayers and support.

                                                                                                                                   Yours for Souls,

                                                                                                                                   Ernie and Monoka Brown
