Dear Praying Friends,
God is good. We look back
over the last several weeks and we can see Him moving on the works.
We have been told of 20 that have received Christ as their Saviour.
Also Father’s Day was a great service with a sweet time of fellowship
after the service. We had dinner on
the grounds and as always, we Baptists, know how to cook and eat.
As we look ahead there is much to do.
In July we have Bible Institute and they are asking about traveling to
the camp for their studies. It
should be a great time of fellowship, studies, and we pray God’s blessings
being poured out on all that attend.
Also in July we have a church group coming to Ecuador from Zoar Ohio, as
a work group. They will arrive on the 8th. of July and leave on
the 18th. of July. We
are planning on pouring cement floors, painting, making beds for the camp and
also time to meet their brothers and sisters in Christ. They will be preaching, singing, and giving personal
testimonies. We ask you to pray
that this time will be used to touch lives both here in Ecuador and for those
coming. We always ask the Lord to
call out some from these groups for full time service.
Would you pray with us also for the first week of August?
We have a church group of 50 that want to use the camp.
There is much to do before this time but we believe that the Lord will
open the doors to have all ready. We
are also praying that God will use this time to draw many to Him.
We have received several emails asking us how the political situation is
doing here. As you may recall from the last prayer letter we have had
many changes in Government. As of
now we have a new president and many new things taking place.
We still have some unrest but not like before.
Over all, things are back to normal and we thank you for your prayers on
this.
As always we want to thank you for your prayers and support.
You are helping us serve the Lord here in Ecuador.
