We want to thank each of you for your constant prayers. We write
to you with thankful hearts for answered prayer. Here are just a few.
1.
The survey trip to Sergipe with Guaraci was a blessing. There was a
definite openness to the gospel five souls saved at a Sunday afternoon
service and another man saved after the meal on Sunday night. There is a
couple from a Baptist church in our state capital who is willing to move
to Sergipe and help Guaraci in this new work.; the man saved Sunday
night was his brother. We visited two towns that have no Baptist church
at all. Pray that God will continue to lead and guide Guaraci
until he is able to get to Sergipe and begin his ministry.
2.
We asked you to pray for the new converts husbands. Two of them have
recently made a decision to accept Christ. Pray that they will become
faithful in their church attendance.
3.
Three people who been involved in the Jehovah’s Witnesses recently
accepted Christ; two thru Bible studies and another on visitation. Pray
for their spiritual growth.
4.
The Institute started another semester with ten students. We thank the
Lord for these who want to prepare for the Lord calling on their lives.
5.
The congregation in Barra de Jacuipe has two new couples who have been
very faithful and are interested in serving the Lord there.
6.
Many of the new converts have grown are involved in soul winning,
inviting their friends and neighbors to church and are actively
witnessing to their co-workers.
We praise and thank the Lord for His mercy in answering prayer and for
His unfailing faithfulness.
The kids are doing well.
Cam
just turned twelve and started attending the youth group. He loves
to read and has a great understanding of the Bible. Cait is an extrovert
and very interested in the lives of others at the church and in the
neighborhood. She is always inviting someone to come to church with us.
She and her friend from church recently had Bible Clubs with the
neighborhood children. She is a real blessing to our lives.
Sofia
provides the energy and excitement in the family and has a real heart
for the things of the Lord. Stefan is growing and talking three
languages; Portuguese, English and something else that only he
understands. All of our children are a blessing to our ministry
and lives. Thank you for your constant prayers for us and our children.
Thank you for your faithfulness to the Lord. May God richly bless you as
you serve our Lord; that we may all be found faithful to Him. We
remain…
Yours in the white fields,
Frank,
Darla,
Cam, Cait, Sofia
and Stefan Brim
