Dear Prayer Partners,                                                                                                March 19, 2008

“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” James 5:16. We want to thank each one
   of
you for your continual prayers. God has surely answered and worked in some exciting ways.

      1.       The first week of December I had the privilege to preach a three day Faith Promise missions conference at an independent Baptist church in Salvador, the capital city of our state. God spoke in a great way to the people’s heart at that church. Also on Saturday night people from five other Baptist churches also attended the conference. People from all six of these churches surrendered their lives to full-time service and are now studying in another Bible Institute in the state capital to prepare them for the Lord’s service. Praise the Lord for His calling people to serve him.

     2.      The same weekend I was preaching the missions conference, two people accepted the Lord as their      Saviour at the services at our church in Arembepe. Please pray for growth for Geraldo and Elisiane.

     3.      December 16, 2007 we had the privilege to baptize fourteen into the membership of the church in        Arembepe; four adults, five teens and four children. We praise the Lord for their step of obedience and trust Him to use them in the local church body.

      4.      On December 23. 2007 we had our Christmas service and were thrilled to see Paulo respond in the invitation to accept Christ as his Saviour. Please pray for his faithfulness in the services, and growth as a new Christian.

      5.      During the month of January we had our annual vacation Bible School. Twelve children were saved and many seeds were planted for which we thank the Lord.

      6.      During the month of February we challenged the people to meet at the church from six to seven o’clock every morning. Many participated in this hour of prayer at the church while others prayed at their home, work or place of business. God blessed as we saw a renewed desire in our people to pray and allow God to work in their lives. During this month Roberval and Crimilda accepted the Lord thru the testimony of a co-worker from our church.

      7.      Please pray for Dilma. She is a child who was demon possessed and thru the visit of two of our Sunday school teachers accepted Christ as her Saviour. The change that the Lord wrought in her life was immediate and lasting. Pray that her mother, also involved in Satan worship, will be saved and will allow Dilma to come back to church.

      8.      Please pray also for Edilton. He accepted the Lord last week. This is exciting considering that it was through the testimony of his sister, Cristiane, who just last year was saved out of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to each one that sent us an offering during the Christmas season. May God bless each one of you above measure for your generosity. We would also like to thank each one who responded to our request for English tracts for Carlos. They are being given out on the ships and only eternity will reveal what the Lord has done through them. Thank you for your prayers for us as God surely is answering.

                                                                                      Yours in the white fields,

Frank, Darla, Campbell, Caitlinn, Sofia and Stefan
