Miss Millican was approved as a World Baptist Fellowship missionary to Mexico in 1942. She was saved in 1936 in her Sunday School class.
She has served faithfully since the age of eighteen in mission work with the Mexican people.
The Rolling Hills Baptist Church of Lancaster, Texas is Miss Millican's sending church.
Miss Millican went home to be with the Lord August 8, 2006. Services were held in Gonzales, Mexico and she was laid to rest there, among the people she worked with and loved for so many years.
